Therizo Jewelry provides a limited warranty for eligible jewelry products purchased directly from our official website, authorized sales channels, or approved retailers.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural faults in craftsmanship

  • Defective clasps or fittings (not caused by misuse)

  • Plating issues within the covered warranty period

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tarnishing due to improper care

  • Scratches, dents, or accidental damage

  • Damage caused by chemicals, water, perfume, or cosmetics

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications


2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the original purchase date and remains valid for the duration stated in your warranty record.

Customers can verify their warranty status via our official Warranty Verification page using their unique warranty link.


3. Warranty Registration

To activate warranty coverage:

  • Warranty must be registered via our official system.

  • Accurate customer details must be provided.

  • Each product will be assigned a unique Warranty ID and Token.

Therizo Jewelry reserves the right to deny warranty claims if registration details are incomplete or inaccurate.


4. Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

    • Warranty ID

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos of the issue

  3. Our support team will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If approved, we may:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item

5. Repair & Replacement Policy

  • Repair or replacement decisions are made solely by Therizo Jewelry.

  • Replacement items may not be identical but will be of equivalent value.

  • Shipping fees may apply for warranty claims outside the initial 30 days.


6. Limitation of Liability

Therizo Jewelry shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Personal injury or allergic reactions

  • Damages resulting from improper use or maintenance

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.


7. Transferability

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise stated.
