directly from our official website, authorized sales channels, or approved retailers.

  -S925 Silver Jewelry : 2 months Warranty
  * The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

  * What is covered :
  -Manufacturing defects.
  -Abnormal discoloration (not caused by misuse)
  -Loose or fallen stones due to setting defects.
  -Clasp or structure defects not caused by misuse.
  -Manufacturing faults discovered under normal wear.

2. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins from the original purchase date and remains valid for
the duration stated in your warranty record.

3. Warranty Registration
To activate warranty coverage:

  •Accurate customer details must be provided.
  •Each product will be assigned a unique Warranty ID and Token.

Therizo Jewelry reserves the right to deny warranty claims if registration details are
incomplete or inaccurate.
